Trailblazers staff Christmas party enjoyed an evening of Music Bingo! They also played the popular game of "Stuffy Toss".  The object of the game is simple, get your stuffy in the box!

This table was celebrating a birthday and was still able to spell out "Y M C A"   You can see that they all have talent!

We had an amazing time on Saturday, July 25th at ANAF Club 283 hosting a special edition of Karaoke Bingo celebrating the great music of the past 70 years! 🎉🎵

The crowd was lively and full of spirit as everyone sang along to classics from Elton John, Billy Joel, Anne Murray, The Beatles, Bee Gees, and so many more. 🎹🎸🎤 Even those who weren’t singers jumped in and played — the energy was fantastic! 🙌😄

Katie (who was a little camera shy 😊) pulled a lucky keyword tile that read “You won a T‑Shirt!”   She took home a bright orange “Karaoke With Wayne” T‑Shirt — her favourite colour! 🧡👕 A perfect match for her personality.

Had an amazing time hosting Music Bingo at the Elmwood Legion on Saturday, July 18th. It turned into a full‑on celebration of country music, and the crowd brought the energy from start to finish.

Our first game saluted the great country hits from the 50s through the 90s. Everyone was singing along in their seats — from Johnny Cash classics to Garth Brooks favourites. We had three winners in this round:

• Paul – Line 1
• Linda – 3 Lines
• Bob & Trish – Full House

Tables were thumping, feet were stomping, and the room felt like a country dance hall from decades past.

We even had a spirited line dance competition to Boot Scoot and Boogie, and the crowd absolutely loved it.

Our second game featured country hits from 2000 to today, with artists like Morgan Wallen, Ella Langley, Taylor Swift, and Luke Bryan. Winners for this round were:

• Deon – Line 1
• Paul – 3 Lines
• Sean – Full House

A big shoutout to our fun‑loving Bee Brigade, I Crew, and OOO My Peoples who held up the participation signs to highlight the letters B‑I‑O in “Bingo.” Special congrats to Emily, who won a T‑shirt, and Kristi, who took home an IKEA Bluetooth speaker.

We’re taking a little summer break, but we’ll be back with a spooky twist for our Halloween Music Bingo on Saturday, October 31st. Keep an eye out for our very scary poster announcement!

 🎉 Music Bingo lit up Henderson Hwy Legion #215 on Friday, June 19th — right in the middle of the ever‑popular Meat Draw!   

The club room was buzzing, the cards were flying, and the prizes were flowing all night long.

We handed out a mountain of goodies — T‑shirts, Canada Day glasses and necklaces, a windchime, bar gift cards, Bluetooth speakers, digital alarm clocks, and more. If you were there, you know… it was a prize‑palooza.

But the fun didn’t stop there…

Some folks were feeling the sting of not getting a bingo — so we flipped the script and played “Who Has the Worst Bingo Card Ever!”   And wow… did we ever find some doozies.

One player actually had a full house bingo and didn’t even realize it until we checked — they walked away with a Stuffed Panda as a consolation prize and a good laugh.

Then we had three cards that were so bad they each had three empty spots left. To settle the prize battle, they faced off in a hilarious round of Heads or Tails — complete with players choosing whether to put their hand on their Head or their Tail (butt). The coin flipped… It spun… And HEADS took home the Bluetooth Speaker, with the runner‑up snagging a shiny new Alarm Clock. Giggles, laughs, and a whole lot of silliness filled the room.

And of course, a huge shout‑out to the unstoppable spirit squads:

 ⭕⭕⭕ The “OOO My Peoples!”   You brought the noise, the cheers, and the chaos — and you took home plenty of prizes for it.

Summer may be heating up, but Music Bingo is just getting started. Watch for our return in September… or maybe even earlier. You never know when the next round of fun will strike!

We just wrapped up an incredible, fun‑filled fundraiser for Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen Selkirk, and wow — what a night! With well over one hundred people packing the room, the energy was off the charts from the very first song.

And dance we did! Our first Music Bingo game of the night came with a theme that got everyone moving — and we had four lucky winners to kick things off:

• Tammy — Single Line Bingo
• Kira — Two Line Bingo
• Elaina — Three Line Bingo
• Diane — Full House Bingo

These four lit up the room with smiles big enough to match the cheers.

Because what’s a “Time To Dance” game without a little friendly competition? We held a Macarena Dance‑Off, and the crowd absolutely loved it — hips shaking, arms flying, and laughter echoing everywhere. It was pure joy from start to finish, just like the Macarena moments featured in the next panel.

The excitement kept building as we rolled into our second Music Bingo game of the night, the always‑popular “Friday Night Delight.” The room was buzzing, the laughter was loud, and the dabbers were stamping out winners left and right.

• Geremy — snagged the Single Line Bingo, with Dan right behind as runner‑up
• Mike — claimed the Two Line Bingo
• Neil — nailed the Three Line Bingo
• Elly — wrapped it up with a big win for the Full House Bingo

Every win came with cheers that could’ve shaken the ceiling tiles.

Then came the moment everyone was waiting for… The Air Guitar Contest to the legendary Chuck Berry classic “Johnny B. Goode.”

Selkirk’s hidden rockstars came out swinging — dramatic solos, wild strumming, and enough stage presence to make Chuck himself smile.

The next panel will feature the prize‑winning video, capturing every glorious air‑guitar moment.

Every great Music Bingo night has its winners… But this night also had a whole crew of participation heroes who brought the fun, the laughter, and the pure Selkirk energy that made the fundraiser truly shine.

This photo captures the amazing folks who jumped in with both feet — waving signs, cheering loud, and turning every song into a moment.

• 🎵 The Sweet Caroline Superfans — belting out the “BOM BOM BOM” and “SO GOOD! SO GOOD!” with signs to match the moment

Music Bingo fun at the Elmwood Legion. Congratulations to Linda (no picture) won $ 10 DQ Gift Card for a single line bingo, Sandra won a $ 10 DQ and a $ 10 Tim Hortons Gift Cards for a two line bingo, while Steffi won a $ 10 DQ and $ 20 Tim Hortons Gift Cards for a full house Bingo.  Mark won a $ 25 Wal-Mart Gift Card from Karaoke With Wayne for having a small house Bingo!  The mini‑games were a riot — from **stuffy toss** to **air guitar showdowns**, everyone jumped in with big smiles and even bigger energy.   Air Guitar was heavily  contested but Leona won it all for a Karaoke With Wayne T-Shirt.

The Legion awarded a Tim Hortons Gift Card to Oriana for having the first bingo for 1 line. 

Diane had the correct songs on her bingo card to win the Legions $ 25 Presidents Choice Gift Card.  She covered the top line, the bottom line and down the middle for a good three line bingo!

Chris managed to toss his stuffed tiger into the box when all others failed to do so!  He won a Moose for his efforts,
