Concordia eye clinic singing "Goodbye Earl"

The  ladies from Concordia Eye Clinic had fun singing Country songs at the Salute to Country Night at the Fort Garry Legion. Here they sang together that Earl had to die!  The Dixie Chick classic "Goodbye Earl".   This helped many bingo players who had the Dixie Chicks on their bingo card.

Leah did a fantastic job of singing the Julie Roberts song, "Breakdown Here" during the Salute to Country Music Night.

Darwin gave a very fine performance of the Lonestar song, "Amazed" during the Salute to Country Music Night. This song may have given someone a potential Bingo.

Dannah put emotion into her delivery of the Martina McBride song, "Valentine" during the Salute to Country Music Night. Dannah was lucky enough to win both the 1 Line and 2 Line bingo, getting t-shirts, tote bags, Br. 90 Food Gift Certificate, and movie passes with treats for two from QX104.

Willa and her friends belted out "Ruby Tuesday"

To celebrate Willa's retirement by singing out the classic Rolling Stones song "Ruby Tuesday".

Willa was having a great night celebrating her retirement. She gave us this fine Skeeter Davis song "The End Of The World".

Denise sang  "Proud Mary" to help players who had Tina Turner on their Karaoke Bingo Card Celebrating the 70's and 80's music era.

Paul sang a Ringo Starr song "Photograph" to give himself and another player a single line bingo.  They played Cowboy, Coyote, Steer to break the tie.  Paul won!

We had a tie for the full house bingo!

Larry and  Pat played "Cowboy, Coyote, Steer" to break the tie.  This game is the same as playing "Rock, Paper, Scissors", however the Cowboy shoots the Coyote, the Coyote eats the Steer and the Steer gores the Cowboy.  The players stand back to back and then use a hand jester to signify a Cowboy shooting or a Coyote eating or horns on the head like a Steer on the count of three.

Ed sang  "Run Around Sue" to help everyone who had Dion & The Belmont's on their Karaoke Bingo Card Celebrating the 50's and 60's music era under the letter "I".  He even got people up dancing as well!

Ed The Artist Formally Known As TED!  Belted out the Song "Run Around Sue" and had the audience up dancing.

Under the letter "N" Nancy Sinatra

Christine belted out "These Boots Are Made For Walking" helping those who had Nancy Sinatra under the Letter "N".  She also had the dance floor full of Boots walking and dancing.

Under the letter "I" we have Doris Day

Willa and Lynda had the most fun singing together!  They giggled out the 50's Doris Day hit Que Sera Sera (Whatever Will Be Will Be). And so it was for many who had a great time playing Karaoke Bingo With Wayne but did not win a prize, Que Sera Sera!

Three way tie for the full house bingo

We had to break the three way tie for Full House Bingo by playing "Heads or Tales"  Naomi, Lynda and Jacquie had to choose where to place their hands.  Hands on your Head or on your Tail.  Naomi went with hands on her tail while Lynda and Jacquie went with them on their heads.  The flip of the Loonie gave us the Loonie!  Tails, Naomi was the winner!

Song of the night was given to us by bob!

Bob had everyone cheering when he hit us with the Supertramp hit song "The Logical Song".  Way to go Bob singing a hit from the "Breakfast In America" album released in March of 1979.  Thank you Bob for helping to make this a memorable night for everyone.

We had to have at least one bon jovi song!

Audrey did not fail us!  She gave the most enthusiastic version of "Livin' On A Prayer" that I have ever heard.  Everyone was up dancing to this  1986 number one hit.  This song is considered Bon Jovi's signature song.  Thank you Audrey, it's now your signature Karaoke song.

Sweet dreams are made at "karaoke with wayne"

Lindsay gave an outstanding  performance of the 1983 hit song from the Eurythmics, "Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This).  The audience was up dancing and singing along with Lindsay as she grooved to the music!  Thank you Lindsay for bringing us this fine 80's tune, Sweet Dreams indeed!

Shyann Welburn is the winner of the Jim Milne Memorial Amateur Karaoke Contest

Shyann Welburn blew away the audience with this Alicia Keys song "If I Ain't Got You".   She won a cheque for $ 300.00 and a Karaoke With Wayne Tote bag for her effort.  The show was well attended and everyone had a great time!

Jessie james baris is the Second place winner of the Jim Milne Memorial Amateur Karaoke Contest

Jessie sang the Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons song "I Can't My Eyes Off Of You" for a second place finish.

Under the "B" Alabama!  Elaine and daughter Brittney wowed us with sing "I'm In A Hurry And I Don't Know Why?"  They came all the way from Ontario to join the fun.   A really great time was had by all!

Under the letter "B" we have "YMCA" and the laughs ensued with Lynda, Ilona and Ken doing their best to show off those Y M C A's and their best dance moves.  Everyone had fun playing Music Bingo.

Singers kept everyone dancing tonight with songs from the 50's and 60's.  Ken gave us the Chubby Checker classic "The Twist" and had them all doing just that!
